Is installation labor included?
Coverage for labor varies by manufacturer, product and warranty. Some warranties expressly exclude removal and reinstallation costs. Check your product’s written terms and any separate installation agreement.
Will my warranty transfer to a new homeowner?
Transfer rules vary. Some manufacturer warranties are transferable, others apply only to the original purchaser, and some shorten coverage after a transfer. Check the document for your exact product and purchase date.
What do I need for a warranty claim?
Start with your receipt or order number, purchase and installation dates, product brand and model, and clear photos of the issue. Include a photo of the product label if available. The manufacturer may request additional documentation; its claim instructions control.
