Jeff has been part of the Hannapel team for more than 25 years, beginning his career in the warehouse handling deliveries, truck unloading, and window build-ups before moving into window and door sales over 15 years ago. His hands-on experience throughout multiple areas of the business gives him a strong understanding of both the products and the customer experience.

As an Andersen Certified Dealer Service Representative with more than 20 years of service experience, Jeff brings extensive product knowledge and technical understanding to every project. He takes pride in helping customers find the right solutions while ensuring products perform as intended for years to come.

Hallie Weis serves as a Kitchen and Bath Designer at our Sturgis showroom, joining the Hannapel team in the winter of 2026. She works closely with homeowners to create spaces that feel both functional and personalized, helping guide projects from the early planning stages through final selections.

Known for her approachable style and attention to detail, Hallie enjoys helping clients navigate the design process with confidence and clarity. She focuses on creating spaces that balance everyday practicality with timeless style.
