South Haven Showroom

Chad has been part of the Hannapel team since 1981, bringing more than four decades of experience in windows, doors, sales, and showroom operations. Throughout his career, he has worked across several Hannapel locations including Dowagiac, Niles, Portage, Kalamazoo, St. Joseph, and South Haven, where he has been based since the showroom opened in 2006. He also spent 10 years in outside sales serving the Kalamazoo and Portage markets and previously managed the Niles location.

As a Window & Door Specialist, Chad enjoys helping homeowners through both remodeling and new construction projects and takes pride in seeing projects come together from start to finish. Outside of work, he enjoys golfing, refereeing college and high school soccer, traveling, and spending time outdoors during the summer months.

Terri Yore brings more than 25 years of design experience, including over 20 years with Hannapel, serving homeowners from our South Haven showroom. She specializes in creating personalized kitchen and bath designs tailored to each client’s style, needs, and daily routines.

Known for her thoughtful approach and attention to detail, Terri works closely with clients from concept through completion to help ensure every project feels both functional and refined. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, especially near Lake Michigan, and values time with family and friends.
