Becky McGrew

DOWAGIAC, MICHIGAN

Becky McGrew has spent the last 20 years designing kitchens and bathrooms, as well as any other room in your home that requires cabinetry. She will listen to your ideas and if at all possible, adapt them into your design. In addition to cabinetry, Becky is also our flooring specialist at this location. She can help you with flooring and tile which makes it easier to pull everything together to complete your project. The relationships that have been built with her past customers are very important to her.

Becky enjoys spending time with family, which includes 8 wonderful grandchildren. She stays active with gardening, walking and attending the many activities of her family life. Stop in to meet Becky and work together to make your house your comfort zone.

Jene Harkison

KALAMAZOO, MICHIGAN

Jene has been working in the kitchen and bath design industry for 5+ years. Her background in design began 18 years ago when she enrolled at the Illinois Institute of Art in Schaumburg, IL. After receiving her Bachelors in Interior Design, she worked as a Jr. Design Associate for a commercial Architectural firm in Glenn Ellyn, IL. Eventually she moved to Michigan and began her journey as a Kitchen and Bath designer.

“Because I spend a lot of time in my own kitchen, cooking for my husband and 2 boys, I understand how important layout and functionality of a kitchen can be. I also love to entertain friends and family. I believe it is imperative to create a warm and welcoming environment for everyone I invite into this space. Nina Medlin

NILES, MICHIGAN

Nina Medlin has been in the kitchen and bath business for 30 years. She enjoys working with her clients to achieve the kitchen they envisioned. If a client comes in overwhelmed Nina is there to help walk them through the process and is happy to give her opinion. After all remodeling can be daunting!

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her husband Mark and her family. Especially, her 4 grandsons.

Dave Burrows

PORTAGE, MICHIGAN

Dave has designed residential and commercial kitchens in Southwest Michigan for over 25 years, providing spaces which are beautiful as well as functional. He has many unique design ideas, and is knowledgeable in cabinetry, countertops and all other aspects of kitchen and bathroom projects. He tells his customers, “I can offer advice and suggestions, but at the end of the day this is your home. I will help you to have the kitchen or bathroom you want, and help make your house a home.”

Dave and his wife, Kathy, have been married for over 30 years. They have a total of six children, ranging from their late 20’s down to their youngest who is a new teenager. The younger three of their children joined their family through adoption a little more than eight years ago.

If you ask Dave to tell you a story about his experiences as a designer, or as a husband and father, he is ready with a new one almost every day.

Kristin Rice

PORTAGE, MICHIGAN

A local to the Southwestern Michigan community for the past three decades, Kristin has been working locally in design and home renovation for over 15 years. A graduate of Western Michigan University’s Fine Arts program, Kristin has worked in both the residential and commercial design sectors. Kristin’s design philosophy is “If you don’t love it, it’s not the right one.” She takes pride in getting to know her client’s needs and wants and providing a truly individualized, unique kitchen and bath design they love. Kristin is here to help, however big or small your project may be.

Terri Yore

SOUTH HAVEN, MICHIGAN

Terri Yore has over 25 years of experience in designing ,she has been with Hannapel’s for over 20 years. She specializes in unique designs tailored to meet the needs of each individual client and places great emphasis on customer service. She feels that each client needs time and attention to get the project just right, no matter how large or small. She can visualize from the very beginning what the project will become upon completion.

Terri feels very Blessed and Grateful to be able to enjoy having fun with family and friends. She stays active fishing on lake Michigan, hunting and with other outdoor activities.

Eric J Hannapel

ST. JOSEPH, MICHIGAN

Eric has been involved in his family business for his entire life. He attended Western Michigan University and is married to Jamie. They live in Dowagiac and have 3 beautiful children. Ethan 16, Tyler 12, and Breah 9. Eric enjoys watching his children in sports and many of the other activities they participate in.

Eric would love to help you with new windows, doors or cabinetry for your next project! He really enjoys designing for lake living customers in Southwestern Michigan, including projects on Lake Michigan. He assists his customers in turning their living spaces into areas that combine functionality with convenience and efficiency. Mike Henry

ST. JOSEPH, MICHIGAN

With over 25 years experience, Mike has designed cabinetry for all types of rooms. He has enjoyed the relationships built which have resulted in many longtime and repeat customers.

Mike earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Western Michigan University. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and traveling. His hobbies include golf along with most all outdoor activities.

Madison Sargent

ST. JOSEPH, MICHIGAN

With over a decade of cumulative sales and customer service experience, Madison has been a professional kitchen & bath designer exclusively for the last 4+ years. Understanding that each project and individual is unique, she values upholding open communication and a strong attention to detail throughout the remodeling process. Madison is happy to assist you with designing a versatile layout wherever your home may need new cabinetry. She is truly passionate about helping her clients create personalized spaces that are both visually beautiful while maximizing efficiency and practical storage solutions.

In her spare time, Madison is a self proclaimed home chef and baker, DIY remodeler and organizational enthusiast. As a dedicated wife and mother who wears many hats, she thrives daily on strong coffee, detailed lists, and free audio books.

Kim Knapp

STURGIS, MICHIGAN

Kim has been professionally involved in Architectural Design since his college days, which has been more time then he would like to admit. Kim has airports, banks, retail chain stores, commercial equipment shelters and residential home designing in his past, but has been specifically designing kitchen and baths for 18 years. Combining his love of cooking and desire to be creative, Kim is able to utilize your basic kitchen design ideas and make them a beautiful, yet functional, reality.

Matthew Sargent

BRIDGMAN, MICHIGAN

Matt comes to Hannapel with a professional background in church leadership where he spent years being passionate about helping, serving, and genuinely caring about people. He brings this same caring passion for help and service to our design team in our Bridgman office. Understanding that most people experience a grand total of one new kitchen or remodel in their lifetime, Matt aims to design with the heart of a teacher to make this big step as exciting for you as it should be. Whether you’re just beginning to research the possibility of a remodel/new build or know exactly what you want and are ready to go, reach out to our design team in Bridgman who are genuinely happy to help!

Matt loves a good French silk pie, lattes of various flavor, his amazing wife, children, and son-in-law, true Chicago style pizza, and old Camaros (and not in that order).
