After a very successful bathroom remodel, we decided to take the plunge and replace all the windows in our cottage in the woods, including several huge bay windows. The house was built in 1929, so all the windows were non-standard sizes, and everything was crooked! One window opening even had to be enlarged to meet local building code. Mike, at the Bridgman location, helped us find windows whose panes perfectly captured the look of the originals. Together with John, of Flawless Construction, he took and re-took the careful measurements that were critical to the success of the project. The project took 51 days of nearly continual work. The result is spectacular! Our old leaky, ill-fitting windows have been replaced with beautiful insulated ones that are easy to open and close. John’s workmanship is exquisite. The work was done room by room with minimal disruption, and great cleanup at every step. The house will be warmer in the winter, cooler in the summer, and because the screens fit so well, have fewer Michigan insects! We HIGHLY recommend Hannapel and Flawless Construction!

This review is way overdue! We remodeled our kitchen a few years back and worked with their great designer - Nina Medlin - to get us everything we wanted. They were prompt with all request and gave us a great price and we love the cabinets. When the project was done we were delighted with the results but never expected years later for Hannapels to still be taking care of us. We had a few damaged cabinets and I requested to buy replacements (our fault). Nina not only ordered immediately but they GAVE us the replacements after she advised they were covered under warranty which I was unaware of (or forgotten) Thank you Hannapel's, and especially Nina for your great customer service!! You could have easily handled my request very differently but the value placed on your customers was evident!
