Jeff Ward manages the Sturgis showroom and has been part of the Hannapel team for more than 25 years. He started his career in the warehouse — handling deliveries, truck unloading, and window build-ups — before moving into window and door sales over 15 years ago. That hands-on experience across multiple sides of the business gives him a strong understanding of both the products and the customer experience.
As an Andersen Certified Dealer Service Representative with more than 20 years of service experience, Jeff brings deep product knowledge and technical know-how to every project. He takes pride in helping customers find the right solutions and making sure products perform exactly as they’re supposed to long after install day.
