Tom is Vice President of Hannapel and is based at the Dowagiac showroom. He joined the company in 1974 and was named Vice President in 1977, giving him a perspective shaped by more than five decades in the family business.

Throughout his career, Tom has helped guide Hannapel’s continued growth while keeping the company focused on knowledgeable service, dependable products, and strong customer relationships. He supports team members and customers across kitchens, baths, windows, and doors, offering practical insight built through years of hands-on experience. His deep understanding of the business and the communities Hannapel serves continues to make him a trusted resource throughout the company.

Becky McGrew has spent more than two decades designing kitchens, bathrooms, and custom cabinetry solutions for homes of all kinds. Her background allows her to look beyond just cabinets and think about how each space flows, functions, and feels as part of the overall home.

In addition to cabinetry, Becky specializes in flooring and tile, making it easier for clients to bring all the pieces of a project together in one cohesive plan. She is known for listening carefully, adapting client ideas into workable designs, and building lasting relationships along the way. Many of her customers return to her again and again because of the trust and consistency she brings to every project.

Scott Kingsley brings a versatile background to helping homeowners with their kitchen, bath, window, and door projects. With experience across multiple product categories, he is able to look at each project as a whole and help clients make choices that balance style, performance, and budget.

Scott is known for his candid and straightforward approach. He takes time to walk clients through the decision-making process, explaining options clearly and making sure nothing is overlooked. His goal is to help each customer arrive at the best possible final result based on their specific wants and needs, without pressure or guesswork.
